Alabama Back at No. 1 in the Week 11 College Football Playoff Rankings
All it took was a crazy week in college football returned normalcy to the College Football Playoff rankings. The undefeated Crimson Tide - who survived a hostile environment in Starkville - is back at No. 1.
Alabama climbed back to the top of the rankings after Auburn dismantled Georgia on Saturday. It's Nick Saban's 11th time holding the number one spot since the playoff was created in 2014, but the Tide still has work to do if it wants to make the final four once again.
The Miami Hurricanes made a huge jump from No. 7 to No. 3 after thumping Notre Dame, but the undefeated Hurricanes still sit behind Clemson. Oklahoma climbed into the top four for the first time, while Wisconsin and Auburn are the first two teams outside of the playoffs.
