Watch out for ‘ICE’ with This B101.7 Flashback Friday Spotlight

Welcome to the first B101.7 Flashback Friday Spotlight for the new year, driven by Townsend Honda.

Around Tuscaloosa and West Alabama, everyone is talking about the Arctic blast this week. Hey, I even brought back Jokes and Goats for a cold weather edition. Yeah, cheesy cold weather jokes. The link is towards the bottom of the page.

All of this talk is nothing compared to the 'ICE' that this week's flashback song brings! All right stop, collaborate and listen to 'Ice Ice Baby' by the one and only, Vanilla Ice! Yep, the white rapper painted to be this tough guy from the streets. When in reality, he's a suburban kid with one of the most recognizable rap songs in history! It was the first hip hop song to top the Billboard chart, and that's pretty 'cool.'

You can't beat the old school early 90s moves in the video below.  Vanilla Ice has to be the king of the 'running man' moves. Haha.
