Valentine's Day is the perfect opportunity to rock loose curls. I mean, really--full, flowing curls just scream romance! I'm a danger to myself and others with traditional curling irons, which is why I am all about the simplicity of a curling wand. This wand from John Frieda is easy-to-use and even contains a spiral "guide" on the barrel to ensure you get a perfect curl every time. Curl away and spray those suckers in place with your favorite hairspray (mine's Elnett Satin).

2014 is the year of Radiant Orchid, and no product on the market creates a radiant orchid glow better than Benefit Cosmetics' Lollitint. Use this gorgeous stain to bring a sexy flush to your cheeks. The bottle is small enough to fit into your purse for any date-night touch-ups. I'm in love with Lollitint (and Benetint, which is a darker red hue) because it's easy to use and the results look so fab. 10/10.

Urban Decay's Naked Palettes are the Holy Grail of Eye Shadows. The price point is a bit steep ($53), but you get a gazillion shades and it lasts forever. Naked 3 was MADE for Valentine's. The shadows are all stunning rose-hued neutrals that run from soft pink to a smoky black. The shadows have a gorgeous shimmer that will enhance any eye color. When it comes to mascaras, Benefit Cosmetics' "They're Real!" owns the game. I've been a believer since last year (check my rave review here). For full, sexy lashes, it doesn't get any better than this. Like, if I were stranded on a desert island, one of the few things I HAVE to have is a tube of "They're Real!" I'd probably die without it.

I love me some NYX Cosmetics. The quality of a high-end product without the high-end price is what first attracted me to the brand. I am hooked on NYX's Matte lipsticks and am currently trying to buy one in every shade. I know the idea of a MATTE lipstick sounds crazy at first, but just try it. These little babies have serious staying power (and y'all know that's important on Valentine's Day), and are perfect layered underneath your fave gloss. I am obsessed with the Matte Lipstick in Alabama--just look at that crimson shade! I don't really have to explain this to my Bama girls any further--it's a sexy shade pretty much named after the Crimson Tide! It belongs on your lips this V-Day, ok?

E.L.F. is such a great brand. It's CHEAP, and it gets the job done. Their Essentials Plumping Lip Glaze is a staple in my routine. I often wear the clear plumping glaze alone, but it looks amazing layered over a dramatic shade of red. For an even sexier pout, try applying the glaze only to the fullest part of your top and bottom lips--the highlight creates the illusion of Angelina Jolie lips. Very sexy AND very Valentine's Day.

Light Blue is my fave date night fragrance. I save it for special occasions, and my husband always notices. (This is HUGE because we're exhausted new parents who are doing well to know what day it is.) I love Light Blue--its notes of rose, jasmine, apple, and musk are sultry and alluring. Just wearing it is a major confidence boost.
