Say what?  The National Weather Service in Birmingham has issued a Winter Storm Watch Thursday 6 a.m. until 6 p.m. which includes the following counties in West Alabama: Tuscaloosa; Fayette; Pickens; and Bibb.  There is this wild talk of the endless rain we've had for...  umm... days on end... will turn to snowfall Thursday morning.  In the watch statement, the forecasted accumulation total is a half inch up to a couple of inches.  However more snowfall is possible.

Seriously, the timing couldn't be worse for me as I really need to buy bread and milk.  There will be the obligatory run on these items and by the time I can get to the stores, I will probably be out of luck.  I should go ahead scratch the idea of having cereal in the morning and a sandwich for lunch.
