The number of confirmed COVID-19 cases in Alabama continues to rise.

The latest update from the Alabama Department of Public Health reveals 196 Alabamians have now tested positive for the novel Coronavirus. Tuscaloosa County has 9 confirmed cases.

Jefferson County continues to be the epicenter of the state's COVID-19 outbreak; 86 have tested positive there. Walker County now has 3 confirmed cases, and Shelby County is now up to 22 confirmed cases of the novel Coronavirus.
