The Alabama Crimson Tide finished a historic regular season by beating Arkansas on the road 52-3. Two Alabama players were honored by the Southeastern Conference for their efforts in ensuring the Tide got to 10-0. Alex Leatherwood was named the SEC Offensive Lineman of the Week and DeVonta Smith was named Co-SEC Special Teams Player of the Week.

Leatherwood paved the way for the Crimson Tide to rush for 216 yards rushing and six rushing touchdowns. The senior left tackle graded out at 100% according to the Alabama Athletics Department. He did not allow a Razorback defender to sack or pressure Mac Jones and he did not commit a penalty for the game.

DeVonata Smith wins the Co-Special Teams Player of the Week for the first time this season it is his third time being honored by the conference this season. Smith provided the spark that the Tide needed in the game, returning his second punt return 84-yards up the middle to give Alabama the lead for the rest of the day. In total he accumulated 111 return yards on three punt returns.

Smith shared the award this week with LSU's Cade York. The placekicker made a 57-yard field goal to give LSU the win in The Swamp in Florida.

The Alabama Crimson Tide will take on No. 11 Florida in Atlanta for the SEC Championship this weekend.
