Tuscaloosa’s July 4th ‘Celebration on the River’ and Fireworks 2014 – Info + Tickets
The downtown Tuscaloosa sky will light up with fireworks this Friday, July 4th! Here's the info you need for the 4th Annual 'Celebration on the River' at Tuscaloosa Amphitheater!
Once again this year, there will fun for the little ones with the PARA Kids Zone. Also returning, the Tuscaloosa Symphony Orchestra, to get us waving red, white and blue, while they perform patriotic classics. A great way to set the stage for the main event, the fireworks spectacular!
Schedule of events:
6p – PARA Kids Zone
6:30p – Amphitheater gates open
7:30p – Tuscaloosa Symphony Orchestra First Set
8:15p – Tuscaloosa Symphony Orchestra Second Set
9p – Fireworks Spectacular
Enjoy the evening with the family from inside Tuscaloosa Amphitheater. There are lots of benefits when you buy a ticket to get into the amp. You'll have a chair to sit in, compared to sitting on some raggedy old blanket while being attacked by an army of fire ants. Inside the amp, you'll have access to nice amenities like flushing toilets and fresh water, instead of the porta-john surprise. Looking for a snack or drink, you can buy one, instead lugging that heavy cooler down that massive hill from University Boulevard. If you're inside the amp, you'll actually be able to see one of the finest orchestras in the region!
Prices for Tickets:
Tickets are $5 each, $10 for a family 4-pack, and children under 5 get in free.
Purchase Tickets:
Tickets are on-sale at the Tuscaloosa Amphitheater Box Office or through Ticketmaster.
