The TMS campus houses both an elementary school and a middle school.

According to a TCS spokeswoman, the threat was made by a student during dismissal Wednesday and all involved parties have been identified.

An email to parents of Magnet students said school administrators, the Tuscaloosa Police Department and TCS officials are aware of the situation and taking the proper precautions.

"No one was injured and no weapons were found as a result of the threat," the statement said. "There is an ongoing investigation as safety is our utmost concern."

The threat comes after three others were made at Eastwood Middle, Paul W. Bryant High and Westlawn Middle schools over the course of six days earlier this month.
