Tuscaloosa Has Received Over 20 Inches of Rain in 2020
Alabama has seen record-breaking rainfall this year, and more flash flooding could be possible later this week.
ABC 33/40 Chief Meteorologist James Spann made the post below to Facebook this morning, stating that Tuscaloosa has seen 22.12 inches of rainfall in 2020, a number that's almost twice the annual average rainfall amount for the Druid City.
More rain is in the forecast this week, and the National Weather Service in Birmingham's latest projections have West Alabama's receiving two to three additional inches of rainfall before Thursday.
