The ladies will take over Band of Brothers Brewing Company on Thursday to raise money for Turning Point, a domestic violence and sexual assault service agency.

Turning Point has been serving victims of sexual assault in in Tuscaloosa since 1992. Founded in 1979, Turning Point is the second-oldest domestic violence shelter in the state of Alabama and one of the oldest such agencies in the United States. From its beginnings as a one family per night safe room, Turning Point has grown to provide direct services to over 2,000 individuals annually.

Band of Brothers, at 1605 23rd Avenue in Tuscaloosa, will host a night of fundraising and great music Thursday, January, 25th called 'Brew La La.' The night will feature music from Kat Taylor, Holly McCrary and more. All donations will go to Turning Point.

Join us on Thursday at 12 noon when Monk welcomes Kat Taylor into the studio to talk about the night's activities, Turning Point and her new single 'Shame On You' which is now available for download!

The event is free to the public and there will also be a food truck on site!
