JAY-Z wasn’t the only artist to release a new album on Friday. After 15 years, TLC released their first album since the death of Lisa “Left Eye” Lopes in 2002.

Funded through Kickstarter, TLC set out to raise $150,000 and ended with $400,00. After raising the money, the group then turned to their fans to name the album who settled on the self-titled release. The record became the fastest most funded pop project in Kickstarter history.

"TLC’s comeback is so important, it is a great read on the group that you love and you should be proud that you made this album happen," the group said of the project in a statement.

TLC's self-titled album features the singles "Haters" and "Way Back" with Snoop Dogg, and also includes re-mastered versions of "No Scrubs," "Creep" and "Unpretty."
