A few hours after the debut of the first teaser for Jurassic World: Fallen Kingdom (AKA 2rassic World), we’ve been granted a glimpse of a few more precious seconds of the film’s first full trailer, which debuts later this week during Thursday Night Football (so, on Thursday, I think). This time Jurassic World director (and Fallen Kingdom co-writer and producer) Colin Trevorrow shared the new taste:

If you missed the first Fallen Kingdom teaser, here it is again. Yes, now you can watch the teaser for the trailer that YouTube commenters are calling “You call this a trailer”:

Here’s the plot synopsis from IMDb.com:

Plot unknown.

Oh, oh okay. Well, it probably involves dinosaurs. It definitely involves Chris Pratt and Bryce Dallas Howard, who both return from Jurassic World and appear, however briefly, in these two teasers. Supposedly it will also give us the first appearance by Jeff Goldblum in a Jurassic Park film since 1997’s The Lost World. It’s also directed by J.A. Bayona of The Orphanage and A Monster Calls.

Beyond that, we have to guess. Maybe Malcolm gets his hands on the Book of Henry, and it instructs him that he needs to return to Isla Nublar and perform a highly convoluted plan to help Pratt and Howard engineer a Rube Goldberg machine made entirely of dinosaurs? I know this is a long shot, but a man can dream. Jurassic World: Fallen Kingdom opens in theaters on June 22, 2018.
