As we get to the home stretch of the college basketball regular season, the NCAA tournament talk is starting to heat up. With that being the case, who are the most likely teams to make the Final Four? What teams are ready to make the big run for a national championship? Most of the time, teams that are hot are the ones that advance, but these are the teams that you should keep an eye on this March.

    Kansas Jayhawks

Chance of Making Final Four - 35%

Bill Self has himself a good basketball team. Bill Self has himself a really good basketball team. Joel Embiid is a rising star not only in the college game, but NBA scouts are taking serious notice of this young man. Perry Ellis has been an integral part of the Jayhawks team as their 2nd leading scorer and their 2nd leading rebounder. Wayne Selden, Jr. is at the top of his game. Not to mention freshman phenom Andrew Wiggins, who has just been fantastic thus far. This team is definitely set to make a run at a national championship.

    Michigan State Spartans

Chance of Making Final Four - 35%

Sparty was very optimistic before the season started, being ranked #2 in the country right behind Kentucky. Although they've fallen off somewhat, Tom Izzo still has a really good team, led by one of the best big men in the country, Adreian Payne. Gary Harris has proven himself to be a great shooter with the ability to get to the basket. Recently losing to Wisconsin is nothing to be ashamed about, and it doesn't change the fact that Izzo will, yet again, have his team making a deep run in the NCAA Tournament.

    Wichita State Shockers

Chance of Making Final Four - 45%

These Shockers are not shockers anymore. They're a legitimate contender in college basketball now. If you want to watch a true basketball player, just watch Cleanthony Early. Early is a scorer, a rebounder, and can play some excellent defense. Fred VanFleet can shoot the lights out of the gym if he's given the ball beyond the arc. But the secret to their success this season isn't any one individual, it's their entire team. The Shockers play 9 players who average over 12 minutes per game. They're deep and they're talented. Don't be shocked if the Shockers win it all.

    Arizona Wildcats

Chance of Making Final Four - 50%

This is the point that separates the men from the boys. Arizona is a team to be reckoned with, and buying their stock right now to win the National Championship would be advisable. The Wildcats have, arguably, the best freshman in the country in Aaron Gordon, along with a group of players who are all just as talented. Head coach Sean Miller may have the least stressful head coaching job in college basketball simply because his team is so good. Yes, this team has had quite a few close games, but being battle tested is one of the most important attributes a team can possess come tournament time. When a team with talent becomes a team with experience, only good things can come from that.

    Syracuse Orange

Chance of Making Final Four - 60%

A team that shoots the ball well, doesn't turn the ball over, and plays great defense? That describes Jim Boeheim's team perfectly. Playing against a team with long, lanky, and quick athletes is tough enough, but when those athletes play a 2-3 zone to near perfection, well, good luck. Point guard Tyler Ennis has made a name for himself, rising up to be one of the best point guards in the country. C.J. Fair is a contender for the Naismith Award at the end of the season, and Trevor Cooney can absolutely set the net on fire with his ability to shoot the three ball. This is their first season in the newly transformed Atlantic Coast Conference, and they seem to feel right at home in this historically great basketball conference.
