The Auburn Tigers were scheduled to take on the Mississippi State Bulldogs this weekend in Starkville, Mississippi. The matchup has now been postponed by the SEC due to COVID-19 protocol issues with the Mississippi State program. The game is tentatively being rescheduled for Dec. 12.

Throughout the 100-plus year history between the Crimson Tide and the Bulldogs, there have been several memorable games that were nightmare-worthy for Alabama fans. Graduate transfer wide receiver Tyrell Shavers is one of several Bulldogs to recently enter the transfer portal with the intention of leaving Starkville. Shavers, transferred to Mississippi State this past summer after graduating from the University of Alabama.
