It's the first meteor shower since January and it is at it's peak tonight. When you wish upon a star, it makes no dif...yeah, you understand. It's time for the big "LYRID" meteor shower. Thursday night and into Friday morning is the best time to catch a quick shower.

The Walker County Sheriffs office began receiving phone calls around 1 am this morning after witnesses reported seeing a possible plane crash.
