It was an emotional moment on the Kidd Kraddick Morning Show today on B101.7, as J-Si shared a letter he wrote for the 3rd anniversary of Kidd Kraddick's passing.

Today, July 27th, is the second anniversary of Kidd Kraddick's untimely passing. I remember like it was yesterday, getting the word while working at the 'Hands On Boat-A-Thon.' I instantly thought no way, this has to be wrong. But, it wasn't.

Two years ago today, on July 27th, we lost our funny morning show host, a champion of causes, and all around nice guy. All of us can remember and honor Kidd by sharing random acts of kindness, and posting about them using #ForKidd.

Here we are, one year later after the shocking passing of Kidd Kraddick as he was attending a Kidd's Kids event in Louisiana. We remember the life and legacy of a nice guy. and they say nice guys finish last, Kidd broke that rule!

It's hard to believe a year has passed since the sudden and tragic death of radio legend Kidd Kraddick. I've been thinking about this year and how much things have changed. Even 365 days later, it's still surreal.

We will always remember 2013 as the year we lost a great one with the passing of Kidd Kraddick.  We continue to celebrate his life along with the rest of the morning show bast in a best of compilation video from the year.

This video was played at the opening dinner of this year's Kidd's Kids trip to Walt Disney World. It's a celebration of the life and legacy of Kidd Kraddick; it's so sweet and incredibly moving that we need to issue (as Kidd used to say) a MASCARA ALERT.
