SXSW Canceled Due To Corona Virus Outbreak

South by Southwest, music, tech and food conference was called off by SXSW officials today. “We are devastated to share this news with you,” organizers wrote in a statement on the SXSW website.

Annual attendance of last year was 76,000 with 20,000 people traveling from other countries

SXSW stated it would “faithfully follow the City’s directions.”

Honestly this bums me out because I think other music festivals will follow suit to SXSW. Hangout Fest don't fail me now..
