Showers And Then Gradual Clearing

Weather Update for Wednesday, October 16, 2019

Today, there will be showers in the morning, then gradual clearing to partly cloudy skies, and then in some areas it will turn to sunny skies when the drier air enters our area.  The high for today will be 70, and the low will be 44 with mostly clear skies for tonight.

Heads up for Thursday morning, there will be patchy fog before 9 am.  Then Thursday and Friday, you can expect lovely days with sunshine and the high near 68 for Thursday and 73 for Friday.  Our attention is now on the western Gulf of Mexico because there is a decent chance of a tropical depression to develop by Thursday or Friday.  Therefore, there is a pretty good chance of rain for the weekend, but the exact amounts and frequency is yet to be determined.  More information, once the formation takes place.  Next week starts with rain and thunderstorms due to a cold front.  At this point, we can’t rule out some severe thunderstorms as well.
