Ian Beck was the cover illustrator for the classic Goodbye Yellow Brick Road, Elton John's 7th album.

When the record was released in 1973, Beck had no idea how iconic his artwork would become and that Druid City Brewing Company would use his drawing as inspiration for their latest masterpiece and farewell to Alabama Offensive Coordinator Lane Kiffin.

Drawn by Ryan Watson, 'Goodbye Crimson Road' features Kiffin walking off into the sunset toward the sunny skies of Florida while a majestic Florida Atlantic Owl guides the way.

The Elton John cover featured a small piano in the foreground which is replaced in this rendering by a small National Championship trophy.

Stop by and see it for yourself at the Druid City Brewing Company taproom at 607 14th Street in Tuscaloosa, in front of Oz Music and behind CitiTrends. They're open daily at 4pm.
