My first experience drinking a ‘Yellow Hammer’

This being my football season in Alabama, I had to go experience it first hand. The opener against Duke had a lot of fans on the edge of their seats for the first haft, for me I was on the edge of my barstool hanging on for dear life.

Telling people that I'm not a die hard Alabama fan is pretty tough and get a lot of funny looks when I do tell them. Even though I'm not a Bama fan, I still want to experience the festivities.

A few people dragged me to Gallettes, not my first time there but acted like it was. Walking to the bar top they ordered me this OJ concoction, took a sip, fell in love.

Not knowing the alcohol content, I kept drinking. Before you know it, I felt like I was riding a bull.

Long story short, drink Yellow Hammers with EXTREME caution. They be dangerous.
