Montgomery’s Top Cop Admits to Scamming UA Coach

Wednesday, Montgomery, AL Sheriff Derrick Cunningham told a radio audience of his time as a child growing up in Tuscaloosa and what trick or treating at coach Bear Bryant’s house was like.

Cunningham said, “they gave out full-size candy bars … everybody went there trick or treating, it was the bomb to be able to go to his house and get candy.”

But, Bryant’s generosity went unnoticed by this band of young ne’er do wells!

When further prodded, the sheriff would not confirm nor deny changing costumes and circling back around to get more full-size snickers bars!

This man later went on to become the top cop In Montgomery County, AL.

I THINK HE SCAMMED BEAR BRYANT…..

Every year his department sponsors a CANDY GIVEAWAY WHERE THOUSANDS OF DOLLARS WORTH OF CANDY IS GIVEN AWAY AT THE CITY’S “ GARRETT COLISEUM.”

And, YES, his department only gives out FULL-SIZE CANDY BARS.

No starlight mints or WERTHER’S ORIGINALS HERE!

It sounds to me like SOMEBODY FEELS A LITTLE GUILTY…..
