Memorial Day Event in Tuscaloosa Planned

Each year, people from all around Tuscaloosa and West Alabama honor the men and women who died, while serving in the U.S. Armed Forces.

This year's Memorial Day Ceremony will be held at 9am on Monday (May 26th) at Tuscaloosa Memorial Veterans Park. The park is on McFarland Boulevard in front of University Mall. Organized by Veterans Memorial Park Association and Tuscaloosa PARA.

The ceremony will feature guest speakers, a tribute to veterans, and a presentation of colors. Let's remember those who paid the ultimate price for our freedom. One way to show support, is to attend this community event.
