Margo Price and Lukas Nelson made a special appearance together at Farm Aid 2018, taking the stage with Nathaniel Rateliff and the Night Sweats for a crowd-pleasing cover of The Band's hit tune, "The Shape I'm In." Readers can press play above to watch the energetic collaboration.

Fans were on their feet for the rowdy rendition of the song, responding enthusiastically to Price's soulful contribution on a verse. Rateliff and his band closed out their set with the tune. Price and Nelson had performed earlier in the day during the festival's star-studded lineup. Farm Aid took place on Sept. 22 at the XFINITY Center in Hartford, Conn.

In addition to the collaboration, Nathaniel Rateliff and the Night Sweats treated the audience to an array of songs from their 2018 album Tearing at the Seams, including “You Worry Me” and “Be There,” along with long-time fan favorites like “Hey Mama” and “S.O.B."

Both Rateliff's group and Lukas Nelson and his band, Promise of the Real were in the running for Duo/Group of the Year at the 2018 Americana Awards this year, a title that ultimately went to Jason Isbell and the 400 Unit on Sept. 12. For her part, Price was also nominated for Artist of the Year, Song of the Year (for "A Little Pain," off her album All American Made) and Album of the Year (for All American Made.) Although none won the awards they were up for, all three acts performed during the ceremony, as well as elsewhere during the week-long AmericanaFest.
