Louie Linguini is BACK on Tuscaloosa’s New Star 1017!

After a year and a half away from the Tuscaloosa Radio Airwaves, I am excited to be making my return TODAY, here on Tuscaloosa's New Star 101.7! The people here are wonderful, and I am PUMPED to be part of your workday and ride home every weekday from 3 p.m. to 7 p.m.! Star 1017 plays such a terrific mix of hits from the 90's, 2000's, and today. In fact, ALL of these tunes are ones that I have played on the radio at one time or another, since I moved to Tuscaloosa over 25 years ago! I feel a personal connection to these songs, and if you listen to this radio station, I think you will too!

I am also beyond STOKED to be bringing back The Saturday Nite Regrind! For the last 8 years, there hasn't been a day that has gone by where somebody didn't stop me on the street and ask, "Louie, when are you going to bring back The Saturday Nite Regrind?" Well, that moment is HERE!  I hope that you join me every Saturday night, as we celebrate PLENTY of Bama victories and West Alabama/East Mississippi "loopy" weekends!
