You’d be forgiven if — somewhere between Harvey Weinstein, Brett Ratner, Kevin Spacey, and the numerous allegations of sexual harassment and assault leveled against them (and others) in recent weeks — you had forgotten about Jeremy Piven. The former Entourage star was previously accused of sexually assaulting a woman on the set of the HBO series. Over the last several days, two more women have come forward with allegations of sexual misconduct, while video footage of another woman accusing Piven of harassment in 2013 has resurfaced.

Speaking with People, advertising executive Tiffany Bacon Scourby says she met Piven at a club in 2003, and he invited her to a taping of Late Night With Conan O’Brien. Nothing untoward happened that evening, and Scourby accepted Piven’s invitation to meet at his hotel the next morning at 11 a.m. When she arrived at Piven’s suite at the Trump International Hotel & Tower in New York City, Scourby says Piven told her they’d be joined by his publicist.

“I remember I was wearing this white ribbed turtle neck and brown slacks — business attire — and I was sitting right next to him on the couch,” Scourby said. “We were talking for about five minutes and he said he was waiting for his [publicist] to come with us.” According to Scourby, Piven abruptly “jumped on top of” her. “I tried to push him off and he forced me to the ground,” she says, recounting how the actor exposed his genitals, held Scourby down, and began rubbing himself against her until he ejaculated. Scourby says she managed to flee the room immediately after the incident:

I pushed him off of me and ran down the short hallway to get to the door. I rubbed my chest against the wall to get his [semen] off of my sweater. I ran outside and hailed a cab and I just burst into tears. I cried the entire way back to my hotel.

Scourby adds that she was inspired to come forward after learning of the alleged incident with Ariane Bellamar. The actress and Playboy model accused Piven of sexually assaulting her on the set of Entourage.

In a statement to People, Piven denied the allegations: “Let me be absolutely clear, this simply did not happen. I would never force myself on a woman, ever. I cannot speak as to why a person would create a story like this.”

On November 1, Longmire star Cassidy Freeman accused Piven of sexual misconduct in a post on her Instagram account. Freeman wrote, “I know what you did and attempted to do to me when I was far too young. THAT I know. And you know it too. Unless there were so many of us, that you can’t remember.”

Last week, Stephen Colbert nixed an interview segment with Piven, who was set to appear on the Late Show. The actor was replaced with journalist Ronan Farrow, who has been extensively covering the Harvey Weinstein scandal for The New Yorker.

On the heels of Scourby’s allegations in People, a 2013 video interview with a woman named Isis Taylor has resurfaced. In the footage (via The Daily Mail), the adult actress recalls meeting Piven at a 2011 NBA All Star Game. When Taylor admitted that she did not know who Piven was, she says the actor responded with, “I’m Jeremy Piven, have you been living under a rock?” The pair went outside together, and Piven allegedly exposed his genitals. “All of a sudden [Piven] is like ‘Look all this can be yours,’ as he points to his d—k,” says Taylor. “I look down, and his d—k is full blown out.” She returned to the party after Piven allegedly said, “Just touch it, just touch it.”
