Comedian, actor and singer Jack Black called the Kidd Kraddick Morning Show on B101.7 to talk about his new HBO comedy series, The Brink.

Big Al Mack opened the interview so excited to share a story with Jack Black.  He started by pointing out that he is black.  Then, he went on to explain that during Black History Month, he was expected to address a group on his favorite black person.  What did he say?  You probably know where this going.  The man said gave this long bio of accomplishments and revealed the person to be Jack Black.  Ha!   The joke was a total bust!  Jack loved it and wants to now be known as "Jack Black History Month."

The interview moved on to share background on the new HBO series, The Brink.  Jack Black says:

It's all about being on the brink of the third world war in the Middle East, where there is all kind of political turmoil.  I know that sounds like a drama, like Homeland or something.  It's not, it's a total comedy.  Your like, how can you be talking about World War III, and also be making me laugh?  I don't know, it's like a magic trick.
