No one was hurt Saturday night when bullets struck an occupied vehicle during a shooting in west Tuscaloosa.

Captain Marty Sellers, the co-commander of the Tuscaloosa Violent Crimes Unit, told the Thread that police responded to reports of shots fired in the 3300 block of Stillman Boulevard Saturday night on reports of a shooting.

The shots were fired in the area of the smoke shop near Stillman's intersection with 15th Street, and Sellers said a vehicle in the area was shot up.

Although there were occupants inside the car, no one was hit by gunfire, Sellers said.
