14 - Mississippi State Bulldogs (1-2, 0-0)
The Bulldogs are struggling, to put it nicely. Mississippi State was trounced at home by Toledo, 41-17 this past weekend. The schedule might get a little easier, however, as they host Florida to open SEC play on September 21.
15 - Florida Gators (1-2, 0-1)
The lightning delay at The Swamp did not help a struggling Florida team as the Gators ran a two-quarterback system in a 33-20 loss at home to Texas A&M. 16 - Kentucky Wildcats (1-2, 0-2)
Oh, Kentucky. You had a chance to shock the world with the rest of college football celebrating behind you. Instead, you punted the ball on the plus side of the field with three minutes remaining in what could have been a huge upset over the Georgia Bulldogs. Kentucky lost 13-12 in a game where they could have defeated the No. 1 team in the country. Alas, Kentucky is now last in the SEC.
