Alabama & LSU Kickoff Time Set
Alabama improved to 6-2 (3-2) with the homecoming victory over the Missouri Tigers on Saturday, keeping the College Football Playoff hopes alive for the Crimson Tide. Meanwhile, Alabama's next opponent, the LSU Tigers, fell to the Texas A&M Aggies to drop to 6-2 (3-1) on the season. Both teams have their backs against the wall, and they have a bye week on Nov. 2 before they face off against one another on Nov. 9
Alabama and LSU typically play at night when they square off in Tiger Stadium, and that will remain the case in 2024, as Alabama and LSU will kick off on November 9 at 6:30 p.m. CT.
Alabama holds a 56-27-5 all-time record against the LSU Tigers. From January 2012 to November 2018, Alabama won eight straight games against LSU. LSU snapped the win streak in 2019 en route to an undefeated national championship season. Alabama won two more in 2020 and 2021 before falling to LSU in overtime in 2022. Jalen Milroe led Alabama to a "get back" win against LSU in Tuscaloosa in 2023.
Alabama has more road wins in the series (29) than LSU has total wins in the series (27).
Alabama's record against LSU at home: 26-17-2
Alabama's record against LSU on the road: 29-10-3
The winner of the November 9 date with LSU will likely make the College Football Playoffs assuming they win out, while the loser of the game will likely be eliminated from playoff contention.
