However, the aggressive style of play came at a cost, as several players sustained injuries despite the team's success.

Alabama Injuries:

Offensive lineman Jaeden Roberts exited late in the second quarter after a bad snap led to a pile-up, resulting in an apparent ankle injury. He was unable to leave the field unaided. Holly Rowe later reported that he could potentially return if deemed necessary, but he did not re-enter the game, and Geno VanDeMark stepped in for the remainder of the game.

Early in the third quarter, linebacker Que Robinson was down for an extended period before walking off the field. Rowe later indicated that he suffered a severe left forearm injury.

As the third quarter progressed, defensive back Devonta Smith was slow to get on his feet and subsequently went int the medical tent for evaluation. He was later rued out, with DaShawn Jones replacing him. Jones made an impact by assisting linebacker Jihaad Campbell in a sack of Garrett Nussmeier with about two minutes left in the quarter. The specifics of Smith's injury remain unclear.

Running back Jam Miller briefly left the game midway through the third after taking a hard hit that left him winded, but he returned shortly after to contribute with crucial yardage and a key block that helped quarterback Jalen Milroe score the fourth touchdown.
