How To Survive the ‘Broke-demic’
Okay, raise your hand if you're broke.... I'm glad we're on the same page now. Listen up, I got some tips for you.
Thankfully, the govt gave us a $1200 stimmy. But honestly that is not enough for jacksh#! Being broke is not fun, but it's totally manageable. Here is my run-through of how to survive the 'Brokedemic'.
The first thing you learn about being broke is that, buying expensive food is out of the picture, buying cheap crap like - ramen, sausages, rice, noodles, and green onions are the best way to survive this. Also, chicken stock is the best thing for soups and other food combos.
Secondly, you gotta thrift shop like a motha'. Your appearance is everything, having clean and somewhat newer clothing is a must. If you don't have a washer and dryer, find a friend who does. If you don't have any friends (I'm sorry) wash your clothes in the sink with baking soda and a ton of lavender or flowers that don't smell that bad. Then dry outside. I did this during my hippie tenure in Maui - it worked.
Lastly, find a hobby. Staying busy during all this crap is hard. Start rock climbing, hiking, swimming. It's gotta be free though. Even if you start braiding vines together and selling them on the street for $2, you're staying busy and probably making $10 a day.
Roll Tide.
