How To Stay Positive During These Crappy Times
Living in today's age, times are tough. We're all going through stuff - we might have depression, we might be having some family issues or you're barely getting by financially. During this f'd up year of 2020, I've always been hustling for something larger than life. When you work 7 days a week, countless hours. Life can seem like 'Groundhogs Day' of recent. When you think things are on repeat - do something wild and sporadic. The moment you change your daily cycle, you realize that YOU'RE ACTUALLY LIVING, YOU'RE ACTUALLY DOING A THING.
I try my hardest to keep things fresh and real, but sometimes we never notice that we're stuck in the cycle effect of life. Once you realize it, change.
Start doing something you've never done:
- Hiking
- Biking
- Running
- Painting
- Playing an instrument
- Go climbing
- Start boxing
Just doing something that activates your brain and keeps your body moving will help you break that 'cycle effect' of daily life.
At the end of the day, your body and mind is your only temple. So treat it that way. You get one body, you get one heart (unless you have a bad one, they can replace it - ya, science). Being the best person you can be is tough, but if you're not pushing yourself on a daily basis, then are you really yourself?
