A brand-new Pearl Jam song appeared in a Super Bowl commercial last night.

"River Cross," the second track to be revealed from the band's upcoming album, Gigaton, can be heard a Verizon ad touting the company's new 5G service.

You can see the complete commercial below.

Singer Eddie Vedder previously performed a version of the song at his solo concerts, which you can also hear below.

"River Cross" is the second song the band has shared from their upcoming album, which hits stores on March 27. Gigaton was produced by Josh Evans and the band, and marks the group's first LP since 2013's Lightning Bolt. The seven-year gap is Pearl Jam's longest between albums. In 2018, they released a standalone single, "Can't Deny Me," which won't appear on the new record.

“Making this record was a long journey,” guitarist Mike McCready wrote on the band's website when the album was announced. “It was emotionally dark and confusing at times, but also an exciting and experimental road map to musical redemption. Collaborating with my bandmates on Gigaton ultimately gave me greater love, awareness and knowledge of the need for human connection in these times."

The Talking Heads-influenced "Dance of the Clairvoyants" first appeared in a similarly unconventional way, as the temporary intro music for Bill Simmons' sports and culture podcast.

Pearl Jam have also lined up a North American tour in support of Gigaton. They'll start on March 18 at the Scotiabank Arena in Toronto and conclude April 19 at the Oakland Arena. They also have a handful of European festival dates scheduled for June. You can see all the current dates at the band's website.
