Glenn Danzig plans to start shooting his next feature film in October. That's what the namesake Danzig and original Misfits frontman revealed on the red carpet at the world premiere of Rob Zombie's 3 From Hell.

He also indicated the Misfits' upcoming Madison Square Garden performance will be their last for the foreseeable future. Verotika, Danzig's directorial debut is a horror anthology that's so far premiered in three major U.S. cities, with a New York City showing to come. "No more Misfits shows except for MSG, and then Verotika premiere in New York City right before that, and then [I] start my new movie," Danzig told Bionic Buzz at Monday's (Sept. 16) 3 From Hell screening in Los Angeles.

Pressed for further details about his follow-up film, the rocker also divulged a rough timeline. "It's a vampire Spaghetti Western," he said. "We're in pre-production right now, and we start shooting next month."

Danzig first shared his idea to make a vampire spaghetti western earlier this year. In April, the rocker also announced a fall 2019 release for Danzig Sings Elvis, the long-awaited collection of Elvis Presley covers from the singer. (However, an exact release date has yet to be confirmed.)

Danzig's been rolling out Verotika at a series of premieres throughout the country. Although the singer seemed unaware, Verotika was previously reported be wide-released via video on-demand this Halloween.

"We did a Chicago premiere at Cinepocalypse, and we did the Montalbán in L.A. here," Danzig said of his first feature film. "We just did San Francisco at the Castro Theatre, and we're gonna be doing AMC Times Square in New York City … We're gonna show it again in L.A. at the Montalbán because it was a big success. It was sold right out, so they wanna do it [at] midnight every Saturday or so."
