Did You Know There Are Christmas Tree Farms in Tuscaloosa?

If you're on the hunt for a real Christmas tree, you're in luck. There's a Christmas tree farm right here in Tuscaloosa.

I have been frantically Googling places to purchase real trees as I am in dire need of some holiday cheer, so imagine my surprise when I discovered Murphy's Christmas Tree Farm.

They have locations in Northport and Tuscaloosa and offer families a chance to come and find their own Christmas tree. I've never chopped down my own tree before, but I love the idea of getting all Clark Griswold with an axe and bringing home the Fraiser Fir of my dreams.

It's also worth noting that there's ANOTHER Christmas tree farm in West Alabama. Wilderwood Farm is located in Ralph, just off Romulus Road.

They offer cut-your-own and pre-cut real trees, and their website says they have a gift shop with cool finds like local honey.

No matter which farm you choose to visit, I am sure you'll have some holly jolly fun. Make sure you call your farm before heading out there, as Christmas trees sell quickly at all these locations.
