Daily Town Hall Broadcasts To Keep Tuscaloosa Updated on COVID-19
As we at Townsquare Media Tuscaloosa aim to be a leader in both entertainment and information, we will be airing a Town Hall broadcast on all eight of our radio stations every afternoon at 5 p.m. for the foreseeable future as our community, nation and world come together to combat the spread of COVID-19.
You can expect to hear community leaders, health experts, area entrepreneurs and more as we strive to keep you updated on the state of the outbreak, best practices for disease prevention and resources available to help residents in time of need.
Our first Town Hall broadcast will be today, March 16th, and will feature Tuscaloosa Mayor Walt Maddox, West Alabama Chamber of Commerce President Jim Page, area physician Phillip Bobo, guidance from the Alabama Department of Public Health and more.
We also want to hear from you. You can call the 95.3 the Bear studio hotline at 205-339-4953, use the chat feature on our stations' mobile apps or reach out on social media to ask questions, or share your experience and advice with our listeners.
Thank you for understanding these programming changes for as long as they are necessary. We hope you'll tune in and join us every day at 5 p.m. -- you can also stream the broadcast live anywhere with an internet connection on our sites or mobile apps, which you can download below.
