It snowed at my house in Cottondale last night, and I have the video to prove it! After waiting ALL DAY, we started to see snow around 7:30 p.m.--I felt like the biggest jerk in the world because I'd been telling my daughter it would snow throughout the day, and we didn't receive anything. Her bedtime is normally 7:00, but we let her stay up late to see the snow falling.

After getting Dolores dressed in two layers (doubled down on the pants & shirts because I am overprotective like that) plus a coat, hat, and mittens, we went outside. She LOVED it. She stared for a few minutes, unsure of the magic that was falling all around her.

She started twirling around and singing 'Let it Go,' which was totally adorable. I mean, just watch the video above. After a few minutes outside, her cheeks were getting pink. I told her it was time to go in, and she looked at me like I had insulted her gravely.
