Blue Angels Pilot That Died in Crash Performed in Tuscaloosa Last Year
The U.S. Navy Blue Angels pilot that was killed in Thursday's crash in Tennessee performed at the Tuscaloosa Regional Air Show in 2015. U.S. Marine Capt. Jeff Kuss was piloting one of the six F/A-18 jets at a practice in Smyrna when the mishap occurred at 3:01 PM.
Kuss was a part of the team that traveled to Alabama in 2015 to perform in Tuscaloosa. At that time, he was flying Blue Angel 7.
