Bite This: Tuscaloosa Jack’s New Menu Item Includes Southern Staple

The Tuscaloosa’s Jack’s has recently launched a new menu item that has been devoured by Alabamians. So, I can’t miss out on this excitement.

Now there is a collaboration between Jack’s and Wickles Pickles. So this new menu item at Jack’s truly caught my attention. For $6.79 you can get the Wickles Pickles Bacon Burger plus fries.

Anything with Wickles Pickles is a win for me.

As we venture into “Bite This” you will get a full scope of what this burger has to offer Alabamians. Jack’s describes the burger as “two southern staples comin’ together for a mouth-watering collaboration. Enjoy this juicy, savory burger topped with bacon, French fried onions, and the sweet, yet spicy taste of Wickles Pickles.”

This burger includes bacon, American cheese, French fried onions, BBQ mayo, tomato, and Wickles Wicked Pickles.

Presentation:

Well, to be honest, it didn’t look like the pictures. However, the burger and fries were hot and fresh. It smelled heavenly.

Taste:

I would have loved a few more Wickles Pickles (next time I'll add to the order). Also, I would like to have a tad bit less BBQ mayo. One piece of advice. Be sure to ask for extra napkins because it does get a little bit messy. The fries needed just a shake more seasoning but I love Jack’s thick crinkle-cut fries.

Texture:

The French fried onions give an interesting kick to the texture department. Bacon was spot on.

Value:

A pretty good deal for a quick meal, burger and fries for $6.79.

Overall:

It’s savory and juicy as promised. I would get it again for sure.
