St. Paul & The Broken Bones will release The Alien Coast in January and surprisingly, it will be the first time they've recorded an album in their hometown of Birmingham!

The first release off of the record, The Last Dance definitely has an 80's synth-rock vibe and even brings to mind a rare track from the Bee Gees. See what you think...

In a press release, the band said,

The album feels like a prophecy of impending doom but we should enjoy the ride while it lasts. All that it comes down to is the fear of being alone or leaving this Earth without anyone caring we are gone. This album was written pre-pandemic so it has certainly taken on new meaning for us. There are dark distant moments then there are warm gentle moments. We as a band took our time making this album. It is our musical baby so we hope you love it as much as we do.

The guys will play two shows at Saturn in Birmingham this month. Unfortunately the gig on Sunday, October 10th is SOLD OUT but a few are still available for their second show on Tuesday, October 12th.

The Alien Coast will be released January 28, 2022 on ATO Records and can be pre-ordered now on limited edition Ghostly Vinyl and as a limited edition Picture Disc, featuring art created by St. Paul & The Broken Bones’ very own Browan Lollar.
