I encourage you to follow some great advice provided by the Alabama Public Heath Facebook page, “COVID-19 Safer at Home.” I tend to agree. The other guidance from the Alabama Public Health offered was to “leave home only for essential work or necessities, no physical gatherings of 10 or more people, work remotely whenever possible, physical distancing of at least 6 feet, and use a cloth face covering when in public.”
I’ll be honest, I have ventured out much since the start of the pandemic. I’ve gone to work following our station’s guidelines, drive-up grocery pick up, I went into a grocery store twice in the past two months and went to a local park for about 30 minutes (the closest person near me was about 50 feet away). In other words, I’m laying low for right now. That’s me. Whatever you decided to do, just be sure to make great decisions for everyone involved.
