There were plenty of people arguing that Alabama shouldn't have been included in this year's College Football Playoff but oddsmakers disagree.

We're still three weeks away from the semifinals being played, but right now the Crimson Tide is the betting favorite to win the national championship. The Tide will enter the playoff with its worst seeding in four years and has to face No. 1 Clemson, but here are the current odds according to Bovada.

Alabama (+190)

Clemson (+250)

Oklahoma (+333)

Georgia (+333)

Alabama, the four-seed, will travel to New Orleans on after Christmas to prepare for the Sugar Bowl match-up with the defending champions. This marks the third straight season that the Tide and Tigers have faced in the playoff with each winning a national title.

In that semifinal game on January 1, Alabama is a 2.5-point favorite despite being the lower seed and it appears that most of the money is still coming in on Saban's team.

You'll be able to get complete coverage of Alabama's run towards national championship number 17 on Tide 102.9 and 95.3 the Bear in Tuscaloosa.
