Rod Stewart's Hits Tour 2015 rolls into Tuscaloosa Amphitheater Thursday night, will his new song make the set list? It's the first new song in a decade.

The signature raspy voice with a massive catalog of hits, has been recording and singing the standards for years. It's great to see the 70 years young singer head back to the studio to record new tracks!

The first single has been released, called 'Love Is.' Hey, is this some kind of Mumford & Sons song with it's cool Celtic vibe? Right there, at the first vocal breath, it's most definitely Rod Stewart. "Wow, this song is pretty good," was my reaction. The song gives us a taste of things to come from Another Country the album due out this fall. Maybe, it will be performed live in between the hits Thursday night.

If you wanting to go, and you haven't bought tickets yet, there are some available. At least the last time I checked. Click here for info..

You maybe asking, "Greg, you don't have any tickets I can win?" Well, I'm glad you asked. I do!! Listen and win with B101.7 at 3pm on Thursday!

Let's get to the new song. I like the music video, which was shot on the rooftop of the landmark Capitol Records building Los Angeles. The wide opens spaces provides a scenic backdrop for the band and Rod to bring it, a spirited performance. The setting is a great fit for the song too. Here, take a look and see what you think.
