    Get Creative in the Kitchen

Visit one of Tuscaloosa's local farmers markets with your family. Kids will have the opportunity to learn how and where the fruits and veggies they eat are grown, and you can use the trip to teach them about the importance of eating locally. Let them pick out the foods they want to try and then head back home and have fun in the kitchen!
