An Alabama teenager has confessed to killing his family. Limestone County law enforcement officials tell WAFF in Huntsville that a 14-year-old from the Elkmont community called 911 around 1:30 a.m. this (Tuesday, September 3) morning to report a shooting in his home.

When crews arrived on the scene, they found one adult and two juveniles dead. One adult and one juvenile were discovered to have life-threatening injuries, and though they were life-flighted for treatment, they passed away.

The Limestone County Sheriff's Office says the 14-year-old has since confessed to the crime. It is believed the shooting happened at 10:30 p.m. last (Monday, September 2)  night.
