BB creams are everywhere these days; they're one of the hottest trends in cosmetics. These powerful creams really do pack a punch--they conceal flaws, even skin tone, and hydrate and protect with an added SPF. Pretty much every cosmetics brand has entered the BB game, and I've tried at least seven different brands in the past year in my search to find the best BB. The search is over, y'all--I have found THE BEST BB cream

It's no secret that I am a huge fan of Benefit cosmetics. I mean, just look at all the Benefit minis I keep in my purse. Your girl is like the #1 Benefit Babe. I'd tried a sample of Benefit's new BB Cream, 'The Big Easy,' and knew immediately it was going to be BLOWING UP this Spring--definitely one of the hottest trends this season. I was totally obsessed. I had to get "the precious," so when payday rolled around I made my way to Ulta and finally bought my first tube of 'The Big Easy.'

It is incredible. It's already a huge part of my skincare regimen, and I've only been using it for a week. I know the $38 price tag may seem a bit steep, but I assure you 'The Big Easy' is worth every single penny. This BB delivers in a MAJOR way. I often find that cosmetics don't live up to their hype, but 'The Big Easy' does everything Benefit claims it can:

BIGGER than BB! Why? Two reasons. First, big easy balances moisture & controls oil. Second, the cushiony liquid-to- powder formula melts in like a cream, yet finishes lightweight & velvety like a powder.

This multi-balancing complexion perfector gives light-to-medium natural coverage to even out skintone and conceal imperfections. Even better, it contains ingredients known to soothe & comfort the skin and help fight free radicals. One & done…big easy saves the day! Non-comedogenic. Oil-free.

Beauty balancing act!

  • Balances moisture & controls oil

  • Self adjusts on skin

  • Perfects & evens with liquid-to-powder finish

  • Protects with broad spectrum SPF 35 to help prevent aging

  • BIG results!

  • 97% said it balanced moisture & oil*

  • 90% said it visibly smoothed & evened out skin texture*

  • 93% said it visibly improved skin’s appearance*

  • 100% said it had a lightweight finish*

Even THIS close, my skin looks incredible--thank you, Benefit!

It's incredible. I've tried sooooo many other BB's: Garnier's Miracle Skin Perfector, Maybelline's Dream Fresh BB, L'Oreal's Magic Skin Beautifier BB, and Olay's CC Cream--just to name a few. They were all great in their own ways, but to me, they were just a tinted moisturizer. If I used the BB as a base, meltdown was a HUGE issue. My makeup wouldn't stay. I wasn't getting the coverage I needed, and I always had to choose: I could wear a BB, OR I could wear foundation.

With 'The Big Easy,' I don't have to choose! I get the multi-tasking of a BB AND the coverage and staying power of a foundation. 'The Big Easy' is like a miracle worker for me: I've got combination skin, and it balances my dryness and oily T-zone so that everything is even. 'The Big Easy' also has a liquid-to-powder finish, which I absolutely LOVE.

I've been using Benefit's POREfessional as a primer and then I put on 'The Big Easy.' I don't have to use a foundation brush--I can apply it directly to my skin with my fingertips--how's that for easy? I'm not spending a solid ten minutes stippling foundation anymore--just a little dab of 'The Big Easy,' and I am good to go. It only takes a small amount to achieve flawless coverage, so I know the $38 tube I bought is going to last AT LEAST two months.

So, BAM--flawless skin in like two steps. Y'all see why I love Benefit so much? If you're looking for the ease-of-use and multi-tasking of a BB with the coverage and staying power of a foundation, 'The Big Easy' is a perfect fit! (Oh, and heads-up, girls: Ulta is currently running their '21 Days of Beauty' promotion, and you can get a FREE gift when you spend $35 or more on Benefit.)
