Another Lemonade Day is in the books, and we want to say thank you to everyone who made this awesome event a total success!

This was our third annual Lemonade Day in Tuscaloosa, and we had a record amount of kids sign up to participate in the fun. Over 300 children registered for Lemonade Day, and one of those children just happened to be mine.

My five-year-old daughter, Dolly, decided she wanted to open a lemonade stand this year. I had no idea how much work it would be, so major kudos to all the parents out there who helped their kids set up a stand.

I have to give a HUGE shoutout to Oz Music and owner Jason Patton for letting us set up Dolly's lemonade stand outside of the store. It was Record Store Day, so we were able to hang out at Oz on one of the coolest days of the year. We served up flavored lemonades and enjoyed a beautiful day in Tuscaloosa. Thank you to everyone who stopped by our lemonade stand--your purchases and donations will help Dolly go to Summer Enrichment Academy this year.

I also want to say thank you to all the sponsors who helped make Lemonade Day happen. Lemonade Day 2018 was presented by Canada Dry Ginger Ale and Lemonade with support from Cadence Bank, Harrison Construction, Chicken Salad Chick, Bryant Bank, Ward Scott Architecture, and McAbee Construction.
