Here's a reminder that the Kidd's Kids applications are due tomorrow (Friday July 10th). We're looking for special families from around Tuscaloosa, Northport and West Alabama to join The Kidd Kraddick Morning Show this fall on a magical escape to Walt Disney World in Florida!

You may ask, what is Kidd's Kids? Well, for many families with terminally ill or physically challenged children, this is a very rare opportunity to leave behind hospital and treatment centers to share laughter and fun in a magical environment. It’s the goal of Kidd's Kids and the Kraddick Foundation to provide these children and families with experiences that will help change their lives.

We're up against the application deadline, but there is still a little time left to pass the word on to family to submit.

Here's the criteria:

  1. The child must be between the ages of 5 and 12 years old (at the time of the trip)
  2. The child’s illness or disability must be one of the following: The child is diagnosed with a chronic/terminal illness OR the child is physically challenged OR the child has a catastrophic impairment due to an accident or birth defect
  3. The child must reside in a Kidd Kraddick In The Morning show listening area (“listening area” is defined by being able to listen to the show on the radio in the child’s home city)
  4. The child/family must show a financial need

If you know a child you feel would qualify for the trip, please forward this application to the parent/guardian. Only they may fill out an application for their child.
